Bespoke workshops can be created for groups of 6 or more.

Total Focus
For those too busy for 1-2-1 coaching each month, the Total Focus  workshop offers a condensed and powerful turbo-boost to help you implement change in your life.

Run over two evenings Total Focus teaches you how to find and set the right goals, beat procrastination and to overcome the mental barriers that prevent you from living the life you love.

On the first evening you will conduct a thorough self analysis and explore your strengths and weaknesses. This will lead onto finding the true goals that align for you and creating the step by step action plan to take you there.

On the second evening you will learn how to use your mind to overcome the mental barriers that stop you from taking action. We will also look at how to manage our emotions so we do not self-sabotage and we can break the cycles of old habits and old programming.

At the end of the evening you will be sent away with the tools for a 90 day challenge to achieve more than you ever thought possible in this time frame. During this time you are strongly encouraged to meet up regularly with fellow delegates to talk about your key achievements and learning outcomes.

Total Focus is held over two three-hour sessions.
